Free workouts will be held EVERY Thursday at Avondale Park at 6 p.m., thanks to Birmingham Park and Recreation and I Am Bham. Bring a yoga/exercise mat, water, a towel and lots of enthusiasm! Classes will be held near the amphitheater area. Please consult your physician before starting any workout program.
